a day b4 I had my braces on...
never ever realized my teeth b4.. day 1
week 2
week 3
week 4
week 6
week 12
week 12 (gap)
week 13( Finally, the wire attached to all the teeth, I cant even bite, the doctor put something)
week 17 ( almost lined up nicely with other teeth)
4months progress...
next time I would like to share my experiences from my 1st day wearing this untill now..
i enjoy all the moments so far although there are many sufferrng days...
so what do u think? the progress is quite good rite?

macy: sakit sgt mula2 tu.. seksa la.. sbb hilang nikmat mkn .usi jdi soft, gigi rs la goyang2.. ulser lgi.. n kena spend lebih skit ms utk gosok gigi..
i lost 8kgs in 4weeks..
tapi xlama la.. jap je, n blh mkn pain killer mcm panadol.. lepas tu xrs skt sgt.. nk pkai ke?

to kak: seksa gok kak.. tmbh2 klu ade budak2.. sakit gile klu kena tampar, pukul.. budok2 kan.. klu tgh buas.. mmg seksa la..tu yg terlebih kg hilang..
